I hereby agree that as an Independent Distributor of Stuff-n-Snuggles (SnS), I will conduct myself in a manor that will not to bring harm of any kind to this company. I will not give, trade or sell any information I may learn about the company to anyone. Please put your initials in the line to the left of each statement as you read and understand it.
_____I understand that as a Distributor I am not an employee, franchise holder, or legal representative for SnS. I understand that I shall be working as a self-employed, independent distributor. As an independent distributor (affiliate), I am responsible for filing all necessary federal, state and local taxes as may be applicable to any earnings. In particular, I will not be treated as an employee with respect to any services for federal and state purposes. I also understand that any State Unemployment or Worker’s Compensation Act does not cover me.
_____I understand all payments must be in the form of a money order, personal check (order held till clear), and paypal or with Visa and/or MasterCard through Paypal in USA funds.
_____As an Independent SnS Distributor, I agree to present SnS products in a truthful, sincere, honest and business-like manner, and to conduct myself in a manner that will reflect the highest standards of integrity and responsibility in keeping with the reputation of SnS.
_____I understand that any violation of the terms of this Agreement or any false information that I provide may result in immediate cancellation of this Agreement and termination of my status as an independent distributor at the sole discretion of Stuff-n-Snuggle, the Company.
_____I understand to remain in contact with my team leader on a regular basis and it is of my own free will to join and be active in the yahoo group created for distributors of Stuff-n-Snuggle.
_____ I understand there are no sign up fees but I must make 1 purchase of any size each quarter to remain active, and to keep any commission or bonus that I may be entitled to each quarter.
_____I am 18 years of age and live in the USA or Canada
_____I understand that I may not rep or sell for any other like company like Stuff-n-Snuggle, any company that sells stuffable animals, dolls, purses etc of any kind. If it is found that you rep for any another "Like Company" at any time, you will Be Removed with no warning.
_____I understand that any immediate family member (spouse, children’s names etc) with the same email address, city/state etc, that reps for any other stuffing company, that I may not rep for SnS as a conflict of interest.
_____I understand my application will not be processed until I or any immediate family are no longer a rep for any other company.

I understand and agree that this form will be sent as an email and by typing my name into the signature line below and this agreement made between Stuff-n-Snuggle and myself and agree to all the terms listed herein.
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, USA and shall become binding once approved and signed by the owner of Stuff–n-Snuggle. A welcome email will be sent with your ID# once approved.
Stuff-n-Snuggle has the right to change this agreement at any time.
