History of Stuff-n-Snuggle
Stuff-n-Snuggle started in October 2005. We currently serve the USA and Canada since February 2006. Stuff-n-Snuggle was started to put money in your pockets and not to line the pockets of others. We have low prices and great products that everyone loves. Our goal is to be the best company out there and to have at least 1 Stuff-n-Snuggle product in every home.

Payment Options
Money Order, Personal Checks, Paypal, Mastercard and Visa (through paypal, you do not need a paypal account to pay via cc). Merchandise is not sent until payment is received and cleared. Funds must be in USA currency unless you have a Canada account then CAD is accepted. Any questions please ask.
Shipping:
Shipping is added at the time of checkout. These prices are added right from http://www.usps.com/. Insurance is offered. Once your order is mailed out, we have no control over it. "We can only put in claims for insured packages and you will have to sign for it when it's delivered. Uninsured packages are at your own risk, even if it shows it was delivered and you never received it". This is from the USPS. Please allow 2-3 weeks for large orders, processing and shipping.
Return Policy:
All sales are final. There are no returns, refunds or exchanges once you have placed your order unless there is a manufacturer defect. *Manufacturer defects must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order and once reported will be on a case by case basis. *Products received in error on part of Stuff-n-Snuggle may be returned for full credit after the error has been verified. Items ordered in error by the affiliate or customer may not be returned.
Temporary Out of Stock/Discontinued Merchandise:
Occasionally we will experience out of stocks or discontinued items from our suppliers and we will no longer be able to get them. We will do our best to keep you informed on these matters. Please understand that it is out of our control when this happens.
Inventory:
To make more sales, your customers must be able to see the products and be able to take them right away. If your budget allows, carry any inventory that you would like to sell. If your budget doesn't allow it, don't worry, you can still be successful without it right away, just try and add product as you can. We do have several rep kits to help you.
Taxes:
Sales Tax: You are responsible for collecting and submitting sales tax for any items you sell. You can check with your local chamber of commerce or you state tax office. The rep internet website and fundraisers do not get charge tax. Taxes are only charged if orders are placed directly through the main or affiliate websites.
Income Tax: You are responsible for claiming your income on your personal income taxes. You will receive a 1099 from Stuff-n-Snuggle when you receive more than $400.00 in downline commissions, (sent to you by check or paypal). For more information consult your accountant or http://www.irs.com/
Independent Distributor:
Independent Distributor: a person or business which markets a commodity for another person or business. A independent distributor pays his/her own Social Security and Income taxes without payroll deduction, has no retirement or health plan rights, and is not entitled to worker's compensation coverage. An independent distributor must provide own equipment and other factors, which are indicative of true independence.
Retail Events:
You must disclose that you are an independent contractor in any event that you participate in and that SnS will not honor any offer you are giving.
Rep Meetings:
I will email everyone any notes, updates and reminders I want everyone to know.
You can also ask your sponsor or sr rep for help with questions and if you don't get your answers please ask. Any downline undermyself please come to me.
Using Company Logo:
Must have prior permission to use any and all company logos no matter what your use is. Some restrictions may apply. SnS is Not responsible for any orders placed that are not on our sites. Permission is required prior to having anything made with any and all SnS logos.
Internet Advertising/Websites:
Must have the following disclaimer on all personal websites: "The statements made and opinions expressed on this Website are those of the Independent Stuff-n-Snuggle representative, who are the author and publisher of this document, and are not to be construed as the statements or opinions of the Stuff-n-Snuggle Company. The Stuff-n-Snuggle is not responsible for the actions of this independent business owner."
You are allowed to sell on eBay or other auction sites, but if you have an eBay store, you must have the disclaimer above on the pages with Stuff-n-Snuggle information and we do ask that you only sell what you have in stock yourself. That will keep Out of Stock and shipping problems to a minimum.
Sale Aids and Business Tools:
Sales Aids can either be purchased on the rep ordering sites or download yourself at (link will be given once approved). Sales Aids includes but not limited to catalogs, brochures, business cards. All items are in downloadable form are in PDF format.
Charm Program:
Upon achieving $75.00 in personal sales in any same month (not done through your affiliate website) you will receive a charm holder (one time achievement only).
For every $50.00 in personal sales in any same month (not done through your affiliate website) you will receive that month's charm. If you have $125 in personal sales you will receive the holder (one time achievement only) and charm for that month. All personal sales are through the rep ordering site or email to me when asked. and any and All sale aids, rep kits, discounted items and shipping does not count towards the Charm Program.
Active/Inactive Status:
You must make one purchase every 3 months to remain active and eligible to collect any earned commission. Commissions will be held till quarterly purchase has been made. If you have not made the required purchase for a quarter, you will be let go and any downline you have will be reassigned. To become active again, you must make a purchase from the main site and fill out a new application.
Quarters: Jan-Mar, Apr-Jun, Jul-Sep, and Oct-Dec.
You or any immediate family member may not rep for any other like company like to Stuff-n-Snuggle, any company that sells stuffable animals of any kind or dolls. If you sign on with Stuff-n-Snuggle and it is found that you sign on or any immediate family member has sign on with another Like Company at any time after you sign the contract. You will be removed with no warning.
Retail Commissions and Statements:
The discount or commission rate that active reps receive on all qualifying purchases is 30%. You are paid upfront on all your own orders through the discount. You will receive a check or paypal on all orders placed on your website and anything earned by you through your first downline. Commission rate earned from first downline only is 10 %*
Commissions will be paid once it reaches $10 or more or once a month if less then $10. You may also use any commissions already earned towards any purchase once requirement has been made. You must meet the quarterly purchase before commissions are paid. *Commissions are not paid on Sales Aids, Rep Kits, Fundraisers or Discontinued Items. First downline is those that sign up under you.
Promotions and Level Definitions:
Affiliate/Rep-a person that has filled out the application and has sent it to the main office. Able to market and sell products as an independent distributor. Earns 30% commission on affiliate website.
Upline/Sponsor-the affiliate/rep that has signed up a new affiliate/rep personally.
Team Leader-a affiliate/rep that has 5 or more personally recruited affiliate/reps.
Sr Rep-a rep selected by Toni to oversee a geographical area and be available to assist their area in a chain of command way. First go to your Sponsor, Team Leader, Sr Rep then Toni.
Lay-a-Way
It will be 25% down then 25% on the remaining balance until it's paid off. If the payment isn't made within 48 hours of being billed, the lay-a-way is cancelled and there are NO refunds on cancelled lay-a-ways. Payment days will be every 2 weeks via paypal or money order. No orders will be processed or shipped till paid in full. If amount due is less then 25% then the full amount will be billed.
Stuff-n-Snuggle® Scholarships
You can find all the info here. They must be a high school senior with a cumulative collegiate GPA of 3.00 or above and a few other things. Please see link above for more details.
Fundraiser:
Each 15 inch kit sells for $15, each outfit sells for $10, pair of shoes sell for $8 each with a $2 per item s/h charge and each T-Shirt sells for $3.50 with a $1 s/h charge per item.
Each 8 inch kit sells for $7.50, each outfit sells for $5.50 with a $2 per item s/h charge and T-Shirt sells for $2.00 with a $1 s/h charge per item
How does the fundraiser work?
Each group must fill out a fundraiser form and return it to the main office. The group is responsible for passing out the flyers, taking orders and collecting the payments. All payments collect by the group must be made out to the group. Once your fundraiser is over, your group keeps 20% of the retail sale amount (excluding the flat shipping rate of $2 and $1 shipping charge per item)
For example: You order 1 Cow Kit $15 + 1 Outfit $10 =$25 +$4s/h=$29
Your group receives $5 for this sale. (20% of the total retail sale of $25)
All payments must be received within 72 of the closing date. The group is responsible for sorting and delivery of the orders, however your Stuff-n-Snuggle Representative may help if required. Please allow 3-4 for delivery. Canada please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. We will also provide you with a fundraiser website just for your group to email to family, friends and co-workers. No commissions are paid on fundraisers.
